From the creators of the PBS award-winning short film, WINN, comes the follow-up story COUNTED.
COUNTED is a feature documentary that exposes the brutal experience of being pregnant in prison. Filmed over five years, the film chronicles Pamela Winn’s journey to end prison birth through the passage of a groundbreaking bill that postpones incarceration for pregnant women.
